If you are looking for a drunken Las Vegas experience, then Pechanga is for you! Not Pala. Keep in mind.this place DOES NOT have a 'hip' night club, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and professional. My dad hit a jackpot there on a quarter machine.

Its about 30 minutes to Temecula Wine Country, but I would recommend it any day over Pechanga Casino in Temecula. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly new, like 2-3 years.

I am a really tall girl, so my feet hang over a queen sized bed. The sheets were not covering the foot of the bed. I am extremely picky about sanitation/cleanliness, and wore sandals in the shower and also socks to sleep. The only complaint I have, and it may have just been the day I was there, but there was a few groups of women talking loud and it was hard to relax before my treatments, even the steam room and sauna were not free of their noise.įor the hotel rooms, we get comped, so I do not know what they charge, but they are nice. I had a sweedish massage and it was TO DIE FOR.and also a pedicure, way better than anywhere else I have been. I used to love the Oak Room, but they changed my favorite item on the menu. I have eaten at all of the restaurants with the exception of the cafe. I find this level of service very very low class for a supposed high end hotel. I didn't like that at all.Īdditionally, they seem beyond extremely concerned about guest's stealing items ala they put price tags on items in the room when I asked for extra towels the housekeeper insisted on entering my room and taking out the dirty ones (like she thought we'd pack them) and if you buy something in the gift shop they have to have your driver's license number for you to room charge. I also put a 'do not disturb' sign on my door during my stay and they still entered the room when I was gone. The clientale ranges in the 60+ age range. There is *nothing* to do in this hotel except the casino area or the spa. (front desk associates are the smiling useless type)Īnd if you looking for any type of nightlife, club, bar, etc. They won't even apologize for it when you call them on it. If you buy a movie in the room, the whole 'you can pause it, stop it, and watch the rest of it later' is a complete lie. If you don't order strictly what they have on the menu don't expect it to be right. They also got my order wrong each time and have no idea how to handle even minor, but basic, requests ala 'extra butter'. The room service menu is way limited and expensive. The hotel is pretty and in a beautiful area. Deep sunken tub, separate shower, toilet in its own closet area. The hotel rooms are a very decent size and clean.
